Traffic School
If you are convicted of a moving violation and you have a clean driving record, you may be given the option to attend traffic school and remove the offense from your record. You will still have to pay the traffic ticket, however.
Your Illinois License
In the State of Illinois, driving is considered a privilege that must be earned. You can lose your driving privileges for a number of infractions and matters as varied as failure to pay child support, addiction to drugs or alcohol, failure to pay traffic violation fines, and even racing on the highway.
